Sarahjoy Marsh, MA, E-RYT-500

Sarahjoy is a student and scholar of yoga with 22 years of professional teaching experience and 25 years of yogic study.  From her extensive background, Sarahjoy created “amrita yoga,” a form of vinyasa yoga that integrates Ayurveda, physical therapy, neuroscience, yoga philosophy and psychology, pranayama, and mindfulness.

 

 

 

 

Courtney Cronk, MA, NTP, RYT-200

Courtney is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, specializing in optimal wellness through holistic nutrition and lifestyle.  Nutritional therapy is a science-based, holistic approach to wellness that considers digestion, blood sugar balance, mineral balance, fatty acid balance, and hydration as foundations to optional health.  Using real food as medicine, nutritional therapy focuses on the absorption of nutrients from our food as the ket to gaining vitality and wellness.  Courtney is the owner of Nourish Portlandhttp://www.nourishportland.com/

 

 

 

Susan Bass,  AP, AYT, C-IAYT

Susan is a Digestion & Detoxification Educator in Portland and Beaverton, Oregon.  She owns and operates The Art of Digestion.  Susan studied at The Kripalu School of Ayurveda, The Ayurvedic Institute and The Institute of Digestive Health, as well as, having worked as the Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist in a Panchakarma clinic to complete over three thousand hours of study in Ayurveda, Yoga and Nutritional Consulting.  Since then, Susan has led hundreds of motivated souls to explore what it feels like to have a body/mind/soul that isn’t raging war against itself. www.ayurvedicyogatherapy.com

 

 

 

Upasana Giglia, MS, RYT-200, AYT

Upasana is an Ayurvedic practitioner who has been studying and living an Ayurvedic lifestyle for more than 25 years.  She received her formal Ayurvedic training and her Yoga Teacher Training at The Ayurvedic Institute in Alburquerque, NM in 2010, studying under Dr. Vasant Lad and Dr. Claudia Welch.  She owned and operated Balanced Living Ayurveda Eugene, Oregon for 7 years.  Recently, she returned to New Mexico and is currently managing Agni Ayurveda in Santa FE.  As a former restaurant owner, Upasana’s passion for good food naturally evolved into a deep appreciation and enthusiasm for the incredible healing power of Ayurvedic dietary principles and cooking.  She loves to share her knowledge through cooking classes and educational workshops. www.balancedlivingayurveda.com
