Mondays: 6-week series  

Monday sessions (no class on 7/3) are best fit for continuing students who have taken prior Hunger, Hope & Healing sessions.

Wednesdays: 7-week series  

Wednesday sessions are best fit for new students who are interested in taking their first Hunger, Hope & Healing course.

June 7th – July 19th
6:15 – 8:15PM

Disordered, compulsive, or emotional eating and exercising are often a result of “hungers of the heart”. Hunger for connection, creativity, aliveness, ease, and refuge, which we confuse with physical hunger.
Explore these behaviors in the spirit of sisterhood, kindness, and transparency as you learn to:
  • Satisfy your hungers without food as the default
  • Examine cycles of compulsion and food or body-centered anxiety or confusion
  • Use the Four Essential Life Skills of recovery
  • Practice supportive yoga, meditation, and pranayama
For all women; no previous yoga experience necessary. Pre-registration required. Minimum 6 committed students. Maximum of 10.


The Hunger, Hope & Healing Fall sessions will be returning this coming September.
