Online Yoga with SarahjoyMy classes are grounded in the practice of amrita yoga. Amrita yoga, my signature style of yoga, integrates vinyasa yoga with Ayurveda, neuroscience, yoga philosophy and psychology, pranayama, chanting, mindfulness, and dharma. I emphasize the biomechanics of alignment, anatomy, kinesiology, and myofascial intelligence. Each class is taught in alignment with the rhythms of nature according to Ayurveda.
Online yoga classes are hosted through my non-profit yoga organization, DAYA Foundation. Below is the schedule of classes that I teach. When you register, you will have access to any DAYA Foundation class. Mondays
