This comprehensive trauma-informed, neurobiologically-grounded training is open to both yoga teachers and allied health professionals who are eager to broaden their scope of practice.  It consists of Part One (160 hours) and Part Two (142 hours), which can be taken in whole or in part, depending on what you want to study as well as what type of certificate of completion you want to obtain.

You are a yoga teacher and…
  • You want to deepen your study and become certified at the 500 hour Yoga Alliance level
  • You may be interested in continuing on to an 800 hour certification as a yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT)
  • You have completed a 200hr Yoga Alliance registered teacher training
You are an allied health health professional and…
  • You want to add the skills and tools of yoga into your treatment approach
You are an allied health professional in the physical health sciences (massage therapy, occupational therapy, etc.) and would like to integrate the skills and tools of yoga into your practice with clients
You are a mental health professional and would like to integrate the skills and tools of yoga into your practice with clients

The 300-hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance registered training program at the 300/500hr level.
Part One: Tools for Promoting Vibrant Health
(October-March annually)
Four 30-hour modules (Monday-Thursday)
UPCOMING Part Two: Yoga for Vitality & Wholeness (Mental, Psychological and Spiritual Vitality)
(March 2018-December 2018)
Eight 14-hour modules (Friday-Sunday) + One 30-hour Final Immersion (Mon-Thurs)

Part Two: Yoga for Vitality & Wholeness **Beginning March 30th, 2018**

Course content
  • The application of the teachings of yoga with clients in an effort to reduce suffering, increase equanimity, overcome trauma, develop well-being, and cultivate a life of vibrancy and clarity
  • Self-care and self-development practices that make you a better practitioner with a range of clients
  • Psycho-social-spiritual practices and the relevance of yoga therapy methodology to integrate into your work with clients
  • The development of empathic resonance, attunement and attachment overviews
  • Body-centered sensory interventions, and teaching self-processes as a resource
  • Therapeutic tools, including: mindfulness, asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, chanting, and much more

The 300-hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training Part Two tuition is $2,500.
Payment plans are available.  You can pay for the program in full, or via a 2-part or 4-part payment plan.

    • Soothing over-activated nervous system
    • Rewiring chronic activation of the catabolic system
    • Pre- and post-operative health and conditioning
  • Mindfulness-based yoga

  • Yoga and strength conditioning
  • Ayurvedic restorative yoga
  • Opportunities to assist classes, teach poses within classes, and serve as a mentor during private lessons
