Join yoga therapist Maddie Adams in this workshop to learn tools and practices to maintain your own pelvic health through yoga. This workshop will cover the anatomy of the pelvic floor and hips, the chakras corresponding to this area and their significance, and how breathing influences the pelvic floor. Practice will include poses and breathing to both strengthen weak muscles and stretch muscles that may be tense and rigid. Learn how yoga can support you to heal from the influences of trauma, stress, childbirth, and more.

Maddie Adams: is a certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher and YogaJoy faculty working with Sarahjoy Marsh. She is passionate about the deeper layers of healing and transformation that yoga has to offer, and aims to create a safe, supportive space in all her classes where students can work effectively at a pace and level that suits them best. She seeks to empower all her students and clients to access their own healing potential with compassion and kindness. When not on the mat, she is a passionate gardener, permaculture enthusiast, and loving mom.
