These pranayama sessions will help facilitate the natural transition for your nervous system, endocrine system, and your doshas from the active period of the day to the sattvic period of evening so as to support the tamasic period of nighttime sleep.
In other words, these sessions will help you resolve the stress of the day, make wiser choices for your evening activities, including food and social connection, and support you to have more restful nighttime sleep. Each session will also include meditation. Wednesdays | 4 - 4:30 pm |
