Yoga is intended to be accessible to people of all ages and capacities. Chair yoga allows all students to adapt their practice to support their mobility, strength, proprioception, interoception, balance, and integration.
Chair yoga is not only for beginners. Students of all levels of yoga experience can benefit from these sessions. In addition, coming together as a community of practice that is inclusive of our various levels of ability, helps us to recognize our interconnectedness.
