800-hour Integrative Yoga Therapy Training

Accredited with International Association of Yoga Therapists

This is the highest level of training available in yoga. The International Association of Yoga Therapists accredits training schools that meet their rigorous criteria.

Our 800-hr training is comprised of:

Our 300-hr Advanced Yoga Training program (see pre-requisites below)
150-hrs of IAYT Mentored Practicum, and
350-hrs of IAYT Yoga Therapy Training.

Our training methodology develops each individual practitioner and creates a sense of community in the process. This is both a professional and personal journey. Who we become as Yoga Therapists relies both on what we bring to our training and development and the teachers, communities, and environments in which we study. As well, the depth of support, encouragement, compassion, and discerning input provided to each trainee is intentionally designed to nourish every participant to become the strongest, most clear, and most compassionate provider they can be.

Graduates go on to develop their private practice, providing individual sessions for their students; as well as offering small group yoga series for therapeutic benefit to their students.

THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Pre-requisites to begin our 800-hr certification course.
These requirements are overseen by the IAYT for us to be in compliance:
If you are a graduate of our 300-hr YA Training,

you are qualified to apply for and move directly into the 800hr IAYT Training.

If you are not a graduate of our 300-hr YA Training, but

you are a yoga teacher with a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certification, OR
you are a licensed healthcare provider with an equivalent training level to a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training,
you may submit an application for the 300/800hr Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Transfer Requirements include the Yoga Psychology Training, Trauma-Informed, Brain-Sensitive Yoga Training, and select portions of our 300-hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program.
