DHARMA STUDY GROUPS
These sessions include silent meditation, group discussion, and teachings from Sarahjoy on the contemporary application of timeless philosophies for living an awakened life. Sarahjoy draws from the teachings of the dharma, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, neuroscience, and interpersonal neurobiology.
