Jackie White

Jackie  is a trauma-informed yoga therapist with a background in contemplative psychotherapy and mindfulness. 

As the Aquatic Director for Waterbabies Aquatic Center, he has developed a mindfulness based Adult Learn-to-swim program, while also integrating mindfulness into the learn to swim curriculum throughout the program. 

She is currently in the process of developing a program for employees. 

As a former D1 athlete, her passion lies within the young athlete community, coaching Volleyball and supporting injury prevention and body awareness through yoga practices.
