Hunger, Hope + Healing Program Administrator Hunger, Hope + Healing is on an exciting horizon. We are positioning the program for expansion to serve more women in their pursuit of Hope + Healing. Program Development: Implementation of a new learning management system (LMS) for improved program function. Develop Provider Structure:
Implement provider job descriptions and contracts.
Outline HHH Mentor program.
Marketing:
Market the HHH program for increased registration / participation.
Gather testimonials for sharing, inspiring, promoting.
Maintain website updates.
Support Youtube channel development.
Support Tik Tok channel development.
Partner with Social Squib (current marketing contractor) for FB Ads as
relevant to HHH.
Program Administration:
The HHH Program Administrator oversees the program’s daily functions to ensure student, provider, and founder needs are met.
HHH PA also provides program support, has knowledge of setting up an online program, and has knowledge about managing and renewing programs.
HHH PA also manages the program model, program registrations, automations, and participant contracts (confidentiality and social media contracts).
HHH PA is responsible for coordinating provider activity and day-to-day operation of assigned program(s).
Act as liaison between HHH and any external or partnering agencies.
Act as a support to the providers.
Troubleshoot routine problems within programs.
Create, execute, monitor and update processes for assigned program(s) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Clearly communicate process updates/changes to all involved.
Resolve difficult or complex questions and problems.
Oversee and/or assist HHH with scheduling courses and sending notifications within programs.
Provide administrative and leadership support to management; serve as substitute for other department staff as required.
Skill and Temperament Requirements:
Must be a self-starter, be highly detail oriented and possess good time management, organizational, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to respond to and complete deadlines as well as delegate and organize own work and other’s workflow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Oversee the implementation of HHH established philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives.
Creates and maintains program procedures, forms, and templates to ensure consistency.
Job Structure: Independent Contractor 20 hrs/week, virtual/remote, flexible schedule with 2 weekly meetings with Sarahjoy Hourly rate based on experience level
