Susan sought out yoga due to chronic back pain. As her back pain eased, she began to notice changes in herself. Susan's ruminating thoughts lessened, her mind was quieter, she felt at home in her body, and more at ease overall. usan’s classes are gentle, accessible to most, welcoming to bigger bodies, and include physical postures, breath work, meditation, and laughter.
She is a 500 hr certified yoga teacher and in the practicum phase of becoming a certified yoga therapist.
